A graduate of IEA (3ème cycle) and a Certified Coach for 15 years, Eric spent his first 15 professional years at GARDENA and DANONE, with missions mixing sales, marketing and human resources development. He then took over as CEO of the French subsidiary of an Italian industrial group for 3 years, before co-founding MARCOPOLO PERFORMANCE in 2003 with Frédéric NIOLLET. He then intervened in training, transitional HR management and coaching.
In 2007, he seized the opportunity to become International HR Director for BOUYGUES IMMOBILIER in Poland and then Holding and Tertiary HR Director in France. In April 2002, Eric rejoined the MARCOPOLO PERFORMANCE team.
His areas of expertise include executive coaching, change management, particularly for multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, and HR strategy.
