A graduate of the University of Bordeaux, Frédéric worked for 12 years in the field of consumer products (LU- Danone, Stabilo) before
founding MARCOPOLO PERFORMANCE in 2OO4.
He designs and carries out coaching, consulting, and training missions (in sales and management) to support changes in organizations
and practices and to develop the skills of teams and individuals in large groups as well as in small and medium-sized companies in France and
abroad.
His personal interests include running, traveling in Asia, and a passion for the music of Bruce Springsteen.
