Jean-Jacques holds a Master’s degree in English from the Sorbonne in Paris. He has worked for nearly 20 years in sales environments, managing both sedentary and mobile teams for companies such as Relay (Lagardere Travel Retail), Toys R us, Gan Prévoyance and Ouest France.
Since 2008, he has been designing and conducting coaching and training sessions for MARCOPOLO PERFORMANCE on commercial and managerial issues, in both English and French.
His favorite area: emotional and relational intelligence.
