In particular, he successfully developed the international activity of BLEDINA for ten years. And as General Manager of subsidiaries on 3 continents, he acquired all the dimensions necessary for the development of companies of any size. It is on his return to France that he joined
MARCOPOLO PERFORMANCE in 2002, to reinforce the consulting and support activity.
Jean-Pierre is passionate about the development of businesses and the people who contribute to them. He pays particular attention to understanding the challenges facing organizations to respond effectively and pragmatically. Having led many transformation projects during his career, he is particularly keen to support companies wishing to evolve to accelerate their growth.
Today, Jean-Pierre is also involved in projects for the development of agro-ecological farms in Aquitaine. He loves family time and is always up for a jog or a soccer game.
