Consultant trainer, certified coach in Transactional Analysis (EATO – Lyon), Pascale is specialized in the accompaniment of employees in the professional dynamics (assessment of competences and elaboration of project), but also of teams in the change (conception and animation of trainings in the management, in the Quality of Life at Work). After graduating from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce (Nancy – ICN), Pascale spent 20 years working for food companies (Heudebert, Danone, Belin, LU, Blédina), where she held various strategic and managerial positions, including that of Training Manager for the Sales Department.
